My life is usually quite unexpected and most of my days are different. I am not much of a routine person and I prefer to “go with the flow”. That being said, I try and do a few things every day which make me happy.

My perfect day will start early, with a fresh cup of coffee, followed by stretching and exercise. I then have a healthy, delicious breakfast (I love the fresh fruit selection in Asia), and probably a good outdoor run (even though it is quite hot, but the heat never bothered me).

I love reading, and I always have a couple of books with me when I travel – actual paperback books, I love the smell and the feeling of the paper in my hands.

My perfect day would include sitting at a park or a cafe for a while, reading my books and getting lost in the story… I love taking time away from screens and electronics, so books give me that escape.

I travel a lot, so I often include exploring the city I’m in, and discovering new beautiful scenery. I usually listen to music while I do this, I give each city a soundtrack.

In the evening time, I’d would enjoy a warm bath with rose oil, calming my body and mind. I will usually read again before drifting away to sleep …

That would be a typical day in my life, but as I mentioned before – my days vary and are unexpected. That’s the way I like it.

Sorry for the cliché, but my tip is be kind and compassionate to strangers.

You never know what a person is going through, and a simple kind gesture can make such an impact on another person. A smile, a compliment, or even holding the door. Being just nice is so easy, and it makes you both feel just a little bit nicer that day.

 

Do you have any guilty pleasures?

Yes! Eating croissants and drinking coffee (or red wine) in bed… I enjoy it on lazy mornings.

 

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I have travelled a lot, and visited most places on my list… however, I haven’t had a chance to travel around Scandinavia yet.

The Nordic culture and folklore fascinates me, and I hope I’ll get a chance to visit soon and see the Aurora!

Rose water. Delicate and bittersweet, like the taste of nostalgia.

 

What turns you on?

Old fashioned manners, and a classic gentleman. I love being treated like a lady and what used to be expected when it comes to interaction between a man and a women.

What is your other passion and what do you love about it?

I truly have so many passions… I have already mentioned books and my love of reading, so to add to that, art and music. I love that they give me an escape into a fantasy world, and inspire me in different ways.
